Fallon Head knows what it takes to be successful. She started her journey with Bouchier in December 2020 as a labourer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Within a few short shifts, Fallon’s hard work and dedication were recognized, and she was promoted to an operator.

Within a year, Fallon progressed to an equipment foreman position and has since served as a lead and in supervisor roles. Recently, she took on a bussing supervisor role in our transportation department. Fallon’s growth and professional development is testimony to the fact that we can achieve anything we put our mind to.

When asked her source of inspiration, Fallon shared that it is her mother. As the sole provider for their family, she displayed great strength, love, and courage. Beverly’s work ethic instilled in Fallon from an early age, motivated her to push herself and never give up.

As a member of the James Smith Cree Nation, Fallon resonates personally with the traditional values and beliefs of Bouchier, grounded in the seven sacred teachings. She also appreciates the family-like work environment and the sense of purpose that working at Bouchier brings.

As a leader, she shared that what she enjoys most is, “witnessing firsthand the personal and professional growth and development of others. It is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job and it is so satisfying and fulfilling to me personally.  Their success is my satisfaction”.

Her advice to her team members is to be ambitious, set realistic goals, and work hard to achieve those goals. As she shared, “success may seem daunting, but it is incredibly rewarding”.

We look forward to watching Fallon sharpen her skills and become an even stronger leader and know she will reach her goal of becoming a project manager. We are truly proud to have Fallon as a key member of our team.
