THE BOUCHIER GROUP ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL BUYBACK OF CARILLION SHARES
Fort McKay, Alberta (Jan. 17, 2018) — After a successful five-year partnership with Carillion plc, The Bouchier Group has repurchased Carillion’s minority stake in the company, returning Bouchier to a 100 per cent ownership position.
“The Carillion partnership has been a positive investment for the growth of Bouchier’s business,” said Nicole Bourque-Bouchier who owns the company with her husband David Bouchier. “The partnership has helped us widen our service offering to clients and become the region’s leading provider of integrated site support services.”
The share buy back will further strengthen Bouchier’s position as they continue to deliver exceptional service to clients and maintain their commitment to, and investment in, their community.
