AJ’s journey is a great example of growth through hard work and determination. While he officially joined Bouchier in 2020 at Albian, AJ has been working on the site for more than 12 years. He began his career as a labourer in the facilities group, where his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability quickly stood out. Recognizing his potential, leadership provided AJ with the opportunity to pursue a skilled trade through the HVAC/R apprenticeship program.
Over the past four years, AJ has shown unwavering commitment to learning, developing his technical expertise, and supporting his team. He continues to be a valuable part of our Facilities group, and this milestone is a reflection of the dedication he brings to the job every day.
