He supports and leads teams within Bouchier through guiding and communicating business strategies and vision that optimize overall performance and an industry-leading safety culture. With over 20 years of experience leading functional teams in the commercial and oil & gas sector, he has led several teams for the major operators, including civil, engineering, planning/design, operations, reclamation, and geophysical acquisitions. Mark brings a strategic mindset and a collaborative style that supports a business partner approach striving for operational excellence.
Mark obtained his Project Management Professional certification through the University of Calgary and the Project Management Institute. He continues to hone and develop his leadership skills through the Centre for Creative Leadership.
