Local Recruitment & Procurement
Bouchier recruits and develops Indigenous employees, shares prosperity with local Indigenous communities, and supports the success of Indigenous ventures and entrepreneurship in the larger community.
Employee Cultural Awareness Training
To assist team members to better understand the local Indigenous culture, dynamics and traditional territories in which we do business, our employees and suppliers take part in Cultural Awareness Training provided by Nisto Consulting Inc.
Community Investment
We believe in giving back to the communities that sustain us. Through our community investment initiatives, we are committed to making meaningful contributions. Since our inception, we have invested over $7 million in our community.
